Staff Compliance
All our staff meet the CQC regulations prior to completing any work including the rights to work checks, Enhanced DBS with barred checklist, references, mandatory training and qualifications. Our clients are provided with an all-compromised personal profile of each candidate who is working with them for their own records.
A specialist team is assigned to monitor staff records, and review any concerns accordingly.
Private Clients can benefit from an online training portal inline with the Skillsforcare requirements for induction & developmental purposes.
Training Spectrum
All our staff are required to undergo our practical training programme prior to completing any work.
This programme consists of; a) practical care including manual handling, hoisting, sling use, slide sheets, and potential risks; b) Medication Administration, Buccal and Epilepsy Awareness, and 2-1 carec) 15-module Care Certificate including Safeguarding & BLSd) Behaviour Management, Managing Risk, Minimising Restraint, Lone Working, and TeamTeach training (as per requirement)e) In-house policies, disciplinary polices, induction and fire awareness, supervision and complaints policy
